Pahang and Johor coastal town snap shots

Question....how often do we take a long and winding drive in a coastal roads?
Answer....we have highways and travel time reduces to half no need one lane coastal or trunk roads.Yes, in a way I do agree but if you have some free time get out from the city and use the trunk roads, there are lots to discover.
Last week I drove from Kuantan, Pahang via Pekan town to visit Endau, Johor a small township between this two states up to Rompin and Mersing which is a fishing village.Really enjoyed the scenic landscapes.

Started my journey at 6.30am...a cloudy and windy weather. Here are some snap shots of the landscape scenery which some of us might have not even experience before.

Notice the coconut leaves swaying to one side due to the strong wind. The 3 shots below was taken hand held inside the moving car.

Can you see the turtle ?

On the way back to Kuantan from Mersing, I stopped at Pantai Sepat, Kuantan. Beautiful and endless long stretch of beach. Relax and just hear the waves crushing into the beach. On the far right is Kuantan town
