This year's selection format is just like in a reality show. Firstly, an interview by Ben Ibrahim before the applicants enter the judges room and also after the interview. Lots of fun and ice breaking by Ben, just to keep the ladies feel comfortable and warm up for the real thing....

yeah the russian way of spelling is with a Y. but she spells it with a J instead. It's the same bro.
